New: Control Abandoned Checkout Recovery Age
We've introduced a new setting to give you more control over your abandoned checkout recovery efforts, helping to focus on more recent opportunities.
- User-configurable Recovery Age:Agents can now be configured with a "Maximum abandoned checkout age (days)" setting. This allows you to specify how old an abandoned checkout can be before the agent stops attempting to recover it.
- Automated Filtering:Checkouts older than your defined maximum age will be automatically filtered out from the recovery process, preventing contact for potentially irrelevant or very old carts.
- Updated Default:The system's default maximum age for processing abandoned checkouts has been updated from 30 days to10 days. This default is fully customizable per agent.
