TCPA/GDPR Compliance:
Agent engagement hours are now restricted to the window of 08:00 (8 AM) to 21:00 (9 PM) to ensure compliance with TCPA and GDPR regulations.
New Command to Fix Hours:
A
fix-engagement-hours
command is available to correct any existing agent settings that fall outside the new compliant range.
Updated Default Hours:
Default engagement hours have been adjusted to 08:00 to 21:00.
Improved Error Messaging:
Clearer error messages are provided when attempting to set engagement hours outside the compliant range, with improved UI feedback.
